I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Limited from Mark Mitsubishi on San Mateo. All I can tell you is that I was treated very good. They worked with me on the price of the vehicle and the payment. Mr. Wu, Dillion, and John were all very respectful and helpful, not pushy. I hate pushy salesman!!
I have had a horrible experience at Rich Ford on Lomas two times that I have attempted to buy a vehicle from them, because Ford is my choice of Vehicle, but they were just uneducated, no people skills, and greedy!! Nope, they lost my business!! First time I purchased from Melloy Nissan and now Mark Mitsubishi.
I am very pleased with Mark Mitsubishi, and I would return again. I am going to recommend to my friends and family what a great dealership this is, and for them to go there when they are looking for a new or used vehicle. I own a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart which needed an oil change. During the oil change, the service department was able to identify a problem with my timing belt, which I was unaware of. I was in direct contact with Justin Haynes, a member of the service department. I was initially told that Mitsubishi would not cover the repair under warranty. Justin went above and beyond my expectations and was able to have the needed service completed AND covered under warranty. The repair itself would have cost nearly $2400 which I did not have at the time. Especially two weeks away from Christmas. During the duration of the repair, Justin kept great communication with me, letting me know the what the situation was each step of the way. Not only was he polite and professional, he was also very understanding of the "holiday stress" I was experiencing. I could not have asked for a better Christmas present. I recommend Mark Mitsubishi to all. Mitsubishi owner or not.

I was just looking at the price of an Outlander. Rick asked me to come inside and he'd see what could be done.
I guess I did not have enough credit or down payment for an Outlander, but he showed me a Galant and I took a test drive.
He worked with the women in the office and with me and said that he could sell me a Galant. I wasn't actually looking to buy at the time, but decided that my 2004 Vibe was getting old and was starting to need work, so I decided it was time to buy my last new car and he worked hard to make a deal for me. He was pleasant and efficient and if I decided to buy another Mitsubishi (will be moving to Florida by end of year) I would definetly hope that I could deal with a salesperson as nice as Rick.

Really planned on purchasing a used vehicle because I really thought that is all we could do but Chad was able to broaden our horizons and get us into a new outlander sport! He was very helpful! We also thank Marco for making us feel at home as well! We have less than perfect credit and they didn't once make us feel like there wasnt anything they could do for us ! Their attitudes were like the sky is the limit ! I also appreciate Joe Aycock for referring us to a great dealership !

My experience, one word, AMAZING!! From start to finish Blaze, my Sales associate, made sure my car buying experience was painless. He was very thorough throughout the process and made sure nothing was left out; I even asked him for a stack of his business cards. The finance dept and Sales manager went above and beyond as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Blaze to anyone in the market for a car. And as such, I will refer all of my friends and family to Casa. I know they also will be pleasantly surprised.

Awesome experience again! The guys worked hard to get me to car I wanted at the price I could afford. There were some cosmetic things I wanted fixed, which were readily agreed to. Clean used vehicles. All in all, this was an easy and smooth transaction!!
