Have you noticed that your car has begun to run hotter than normal while it is running? If your car runs too hot for a period of time, then it can cause damage to various engine components. The key to avoiding this is to periodically check your vehicle for a coolant leak and have routine maintenance performed on your vehicle's cooling system and radiator.

The cooling system of your vehicle is comprised of the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and the radiator cap and hoses. The water pump pushes engine coolant through the cooling system to draw off heat, while the thermostat's function is to regulate the engine's temperature. The radiator dissipates the heat that the coolant absorbs. A break down in any component can cause the engine to overheat.

If you need your cooling systems checked or serviced, then come see the mechanics in our service center at Mark Mitsubishi. We'll get taken care of and on your way.
